What age group is Trycyle Toys suitable for?

Our first subscription program is designed for children aged 3-4 years old, with each toy chest containing toys suitable for 3+ and resource guide tailored to the child’s developmental stage and learning needs.

How often will I receive a new Trycycle toy chest?

Trycycle toy chests are rotated every 2 months, bringing new activities and learning experiences for your child.

Can I pause or cancel my Trycycle subscription?

Yes, you can easily pause or cancel your subscription at any time, with no long-term commitment required.

What’s included in each Trycycle toy chest?

Each toy chest is anchored in a theme and includes 4 new-to-you age appropriate toys and a learning resource guide that encourages thematic learning and exploration.

Do you make the toys?

We currently do not manufacture toys for our toy chests. Instead, we curate the toy chests using high quality, durable toys made by Canadian household favourite names - think Melissa and Doug, Hape, Janod, and so much more!

Are the toys cleaned?

All toy chests are returned Trycycle Toys after a rental period for thorough inspection and cleaning using family-safe and effect Attitude cleaning products and left out to air dry before being repacked.

What happens if I lose or break a piece?

We believe in the "Life Happens!" motto when it comes to missing or broken pieces. If during cleanup you lose a few pieces or there is some damage, no problem! Just let us know and we will ensure the toy chest is restocked appropriately for the next family. If the pieces show up down the line, great! Just send us a message and send them along with your next toy chest.
